The Mobile Growth Talks
Curtis May, Grindr - Managing Technical Debt in the Face of Sudden Success
Grindr has a unique growth story; our success was organic and it came fast and furious. Almost overnight, millions of users flooded the app and we ended up caught with our pants down. Find out how Grindr grew to manage it's technical debt and become a highly scalable app, servicing 1 million users per minute worldwide.

Matt McCausland, Sam - SMS: Using Old School Mobile Hacks for New School Growth
Getting someone to download your app can be really expensive, so Sam's approach to user acquisition is a little different. Because our app is almost fully functional via SMS, you can use it and get a feel for it before you're asked to download the native app. Not only does that help with growth, it also means we can be more flexible than the approval process from Apple allows, and hit our target demographic no matter what kind of phone or data plan the user has.

RSVP now to save your spot!

Can't wait to see you all again at the meetup!
