Avantika is passionate about helping tech companies scale up in high growth environments. She is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in the internet industry. Skilled in Analytics, Strategy & Business Development, she formerly worked with McKinsey & Co as a Digital Advisor. Avantika holds a masters degree from INSEAD Business School.
Tushar currently heads the Growth & Data Science teams at Bukalapak, one of the leading online marketplaces in Indonesia and a Unicorn company, owned and run by PT Bukalapak.com. In his role, he leads a multi-functional team, focused on rapidly building experiments targeted towards engagement and GMV. Prior to Bukalapak, Tushar worked in Australia at Freelancer and Recompute, in the capacity of a Product Manager and Software Engineer. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering from University of Sydney.
Caleb Khoo is the Chief Operating Officer of Diffcat, an early stage startup that uses facial recognition technology and augmented reality to create new interactive experiences for Millennials to connect. Diffcat is also most known for its viral game - FaceDance Challenge - which garnered 4,000,000+ installs within 2 months and was featured on Buzzfeed, Mashable and Huffington Post. He has previous experience working on technology in a variety of companies such as JPMorgan Chase and KPMG. Prior to joining Diffcat, Caleb most recently led growth and user acquisition efforts in Mighty Bear Games – one of Southeast Asia’s most well-funded seed stage startups.
Mike is the COO and co-founder of Branch Metrics, taking the lessons he learned building a mobile app company to help other mobile app developers increase installs, conversions, and engagement through deep linking technology with Branch.
Mike is obsessive about great product design and streamlining inefficient processes with technology. Mike spent 5 years in product development for 3M, where he launched over a dozen products and acquired 17 patents. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell and an MBA from Stanford University.
