Holly Chen is a Growth and Marketing advisor, angel investor, and Co-Active Coach. She’s the founder of CeilingBreakers.us, a leadership coaching program and community for underrepresented leaders. Previously, Holly was the Global Head of Digital Marketing at Slack, Head of Growth at Google Store, and led Google B2B Website Strategies globally. She also worked at Gucci, Deloitte Consulting, Kearny and United Nations.
Victoria Cheng is currently a Product Manager at Wish, building features for the merchants who sell on Wish. She has six years of product management experience ranging from mobile gaming to fintech. She received her MBA from the Wharton School and recently returned to San Francisco after living and working in China for Alibaba.
Ashley Ryon is the Director of Consumer Marketing at Quotient Technology, where she is responsible for acquisition, brand and growth marketing for Quotient’s consumer products on Coupons.com. She has a range of marketing experience that includes lifecycle, growth and retention. Prior to Quotient, she was Head of Growth for Life360, family messaging and location app. She also served as Director of Marketing for Frankly Inc. during its pivot from messaging app to CMS platform. Ryon graduated with a B.A. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (summa cum laude). She welcomes any conversation about Pez dispensers or alpacas.
Francisca Hawkins, VP, Digital Products & Technology, has been leading and implementing digital products for the past 15 years. She helped launch the Philz order-ahead mobile app, and is leading the digital transformation strategy for the company. Prior to joining Philz, Francisca led the implementation of Virgin America's digital products for self-service channels including the team that redesigned and relaunched Virgin America's website, and later their mobile app.
