Ari leads Digital Excellence within Device & Product Marketing. In her currently role in Digital Excellence, she focuses on strengthening our digital relationships with our customers and cross functional internal partners. Digital Excellence has created speedier solutions to fixes, decreased digital launch errors for Device and Accessory launches by 99% and lead cross-functional partnership work to enhance customer experience with Mobile Products.
Previously, she led Zero Based Budgeting (ZBB) and Gap Closure for the Devices and Marketing packages across VCG and VBG. As part of this role, she led strategic marketing initiatives for the Device & Product Marketing team, including recommendations to leadership for the Verizon Visa Card Redemption Expansion and the introduction of TMP for B2B. Prior to ZBB, she led strategic product marketing for TMP’s Open Enrollment program, becoming the first to lead the team to achieve an acquisition target, at 30% over target, in 2018. She also successfully brought to market the piloted product, Smart Home Support, the precursor to Tech Sure and Verizon Home Protect. She also was responsible for the introduction of Verizon Smart Family, driving adoption of >50% of acquisition to the premium tier.
Prior to joining Verizon, Ari worked at JPMorgan Chase, specializing in financial services marketing. She launched Chase Freedom as the market-leading 5% cash back card, revolutionized digital marketing and personalization within the Ultimate Rewards loyalty program by adding strategic customer segmentation to increase redemptions and customer experience, and led the United Airlines/Continental Airlines portfolio merge with Chase’s cross functional customer experience team. Additionally, she managed all media, advertising, agencies, campaign planning, research, product design and budgeting for the United Cobrand Partnership. During her tenure, her 360 degree marketing strategy produced record breaking launch metrics, such as increasing awareness and acquisition.
Ari holds a MBA from the University of Notre Dame, graduating magna cum laude and part of Beta Gamma Sigma honor society. She holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Delaware. She is an active ambassador of One Young World and has a heart for volunteerism.
Esha is Director of Product at Slickdeals where she leads a cross-functional team to create and launch products that will grow & retain the Slickdeals community of 10M shoppers. Prior to that, she led marketing and growth initiatives for the venture arm of The Times Group. She worked with their Asian tech portfolio companies on growth initiatives to drive expansion into western markets. Early in her tech career, she was part of the early team at Wag! where she led nationwide growth that secured nearly $400m in funding ($300m of which came from Softbank Vision Fund). Esha also mentors for Techstars LA where she helps founders achieve product market fit, develop acquisition channels & prepare for Demo Day.
Jason Suarez heads up the product management team for DineBrands Global IT. He and his team are responsible for managing the product roadmaps across numerous technology products/services that serve the business needs of both of its iconic brands – IHOP and Applebee’s – as well as emerging virtual brands and new concepts.
He has been in product management for nearly 15 years in various leadership positions in both the financial services and food/hospitality industries and has deep experience in building product and agile organizations that have helped accelerate and transform product delivery, driving top line revenue and profitability.
Jason has a B.A. in Economics and B.A. in History from the University of California Berkeley, and an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management. He loves traveling and experiencing new cultures and has had the opportunity to visit more than 60 countries, and counting! When he’s not traveling, you can see him around town running with his three Huskies.
Rachel is the Manager of Customer Retention at Crumbl Cookies. With 550+ stores, Crumbl is the fastest-growing cookie company in the nation. Rachel oversees email marketing, app promotions, retargeting ad strategies, and the customer loyalty program. Her background in digital marketing aids Crumbl’s marketing team to use organic and paid channels to target loyal customers and keep them coming back to Crumbl. Rachel studied Digital Marketing at Utah Valley University. She loves water skiing, snowboarding, drinking Pepsi and (of course) eating cookies!
