Sarang Nanavati is an experienced Digital Analytics executive with relentless vigor in extracting meaningful insights and implementing solutions to help drive EBITDA of a company. As an Analytics thought leader at Subway, he is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drives the Digital program from emphasis on collection to foresights and optimization.
Before joining Subway, Sarang led enterprise Digital analytics and Voice of customer program at Southern Glazers Wine & Spirits and helped develop & operationalize machine learning based recommendations and digital feedback solutions on industry’s first commerce platform.
When he isn’t working, you will find Sarang dabbling his feet in R/Python, gardening, enjoy working on his start up, and spending quality time with family (not in that order!)
Adam Gassman is the VP of Growth at Freshly. A lawyer on paper, Adam is a growth marketer at heart and previously led the Acquisition and New Customer revenue team at Freshly. His acquisition philosophy is a derivative of how he wrote essays while in law school, which has guided all acquisition creatives and journeys. Prior to joining the team at Freshly, Adam led Digital Marketing at Pixable, where he scaled MAUs from below one million to just shy of 10 million in 11 months, without increasing the advertising budget. Additionally, Adam helped direct and produce three unique videos that were viewed over 100 million times. Previously, Adam founded and sold hybrid news/satire site Newslo.com, growing MAUs from 0 to 6.8 million in just two years. A native New Yorker, Adam loves great food, and 90s hip hop.
Carlee is a product manager at Vroom, where she currently leads the iOS and Android apps. Previously, Carlee was leading design and product at various fintech companies. For fun, she studies bike lanes and transportation. Ask her about Dutch biking culture!
