Director of Product
VP of Growth
Group Product Manager
Paul works on the search, merchandising, and transaction products on carvana.com and the Carvana mobile apps. He was previously the product lead for the Google My Business mobile apps, a co-founder of Conspire, a software engineer, and (briefly and half-heartedly) a venture financing lawyer. He's the proud father of two future product managers, an avid gardener and (with mixed results) DIY-er, and—fun fact—hand-doubled for Jesse Eisenberg as Mark Zuckerberg in The Social Network.
As the VP of Growth, Alessandra defines the vision and roadmap for Ipsy’s paid and organic growth. When not running marketing teams, Alessandra enjoys outdoor activities (running & biking), cooking, and spending time traveling with her family. She was previously VP of Marketing at Smule and brings in 10+ years of experience in marketing & acquisition.
As the Group Product Manager of Overstock’s On Site Experiences, Kyle’s team owns every experience Overstock provides its visitors. Coming from marketing, he has a deep understanding of both the technology required to connect with people, as well as how to optimize shopping funnels to maximize customer success. When not running the company’s top 2019 initiative or brainstorming with his teams ways to build engaging experiences, he enjoys fishing the beautiful mountains of Utah, boating lakes across the state, and enjoying the world’s best snow. Kyle has been working in product roles for 8 years, and has experience with a myriad of areas such as machine learning, web analytics, SaaS platforms, marketing technologies, and his favorite… customer experience.
Co-founder & CEO
Alex Austin is the CEO and co-founder of Branch, the leading mobile linking company that seamlessly connects brands with their app users across all channels.
Alex founded Branch in 2014 with three other co-founders while attending the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Branch was born from the challenges the co-founders faced as they struggled to maintain the growth of the previous venture, Kindred Prints, a mobile photobook printing app. Alex built the first deep linking SDK to connect their app with end users more easily. Branch has since evolved into a robust mobile linking platform with cross-channel solutions for businesses of all sizes to drive app installs and user engagement.
Prior to founding Branch, Alex held engineering roles at NASA Ames and Miasole with multiple patents and research papers under his name. Alex has received an MS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Stanford. Alex occasionally contributes guest posts to such publications as TechCrunch, VentureBeat, and TheNextWeb.
