Vivian Acosta is the Director of Social Media at Cricket Wireless. She oversees social strategy and creative execution of Cricket’s social media approach across numerous platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Vivian has over 12 years of experience in social and digital communications, successfully leading strategies and programs that drive visibility, sales, and performance in domestic and international markets.
Prior to Cricket Wireless, Vivian worked different roles at AT&T, Cricket’s parent company, including DE&I Social Media, US Hispanic Social Media Lead, and Digital Corporate Communications.
Vivian is a native of San Juan, Puerto Rico and has called Atlanta home for the last seven years.
Over the years Jon has worked across some of the leading Media agencies including Dentsu Aegis, Publicis, WPP and the Omnicom Group supporting over 40 brands across every major vertical, with a focus on building out best in class Marketing Technology stacks for brands, technical campaign execution and omni channel measurement strategies. Tech Education, data standardization and Industry change preparedness are at the core of how he provides organizational value. On the brand side, Jon has worked directly with industry leading companies in the likes of Ancestry, Electronic Arts, Sirius XM and now Chime as the Sr. Director of Marketing Technology and Operations where he leads efforts in support of personalization and experimentation, technical CRM and overall Marketing technology integrations and management for Chime's larger Marketing organization.
Outside of the Martech space, Jon is a passionate advocate of Diversity, equity and inclusion, ERG building and bringing one's complete self to work. Other passion's include pitbulls, tabletop and video gaming, cinema and ordering offensive amounts of Taco Bell to wind down from a long week of work.
Bryan is a book-reader, a runner, and a lover of pizza. In his work, he leads the Audience Development and Engagement groups at NBC News Digital. He partners with a smart and passionate team that leads audience acquisition, content insights, and SEO with NBCNews.com, TODAY.com, and MSNBC.com. Prior to this work, he led teams at The Atlantic Magazine and The New York Times. When not at work, he and his partner chase after their two-year-old daughter. He has eaten at 105+ pizza spots in New York City, and he’s just getting started.
