Andrew Levy oversaw marketing, sales, and strategy efforts for many of Twitter’s largest mobile advertisers. He was responsible for designing and managing multi-million dollar performance marketing campaigns for the world’s leading mobile apps, brands, and agencies. Andrew was an early employee at TapCommerce (https://techcrunch.com/2014/06/30/twitter-acquires-tapcommerce/), the global leader in mobile app retargeting & re-engagement, where he helped scale the company’s sales strategy and operations and drove early client acquisition.
Andrew is an expert in entrepreneurial ecosystem development, having led these efforts in three of the country’s top startup hubs: Austin, Boston metro, and NYC. He was a founding member of Founders League, one of the largest entrepreneurial support platforms in New England, and has supported efforts at top national accelerators such as Betaspring and Techstars. Previously, he led technology commercialization and strategy consulting projects for IP-spinouts at the Austin Technology Incubator, where portfolio companies have raised in excess of $1 billion in investor capital and seen exits to companies like Home Depot, Qualcomm, IBM, Daimler, Salesforce, etc. During this time, he also ran the University of Texas accelerator program.
