Heather is currently the Head of Marketing at Tillys; a leading specialty retailer rooted in an active lifestyle. Her responsibilities span across all consumer touchpoints from digital to creating engaging in-store experiences. Formerly, she spent time as the CMO/SVP of Marketing for Irvine Company Retail Properties in Irvine, CA. In this role, she oversaw all marketing touch points for great brands such as Fashion Island and Irvine Spectrum Center along with 40+ Neighborhood and Community Centers in Orange County, San Diego and Northern California. Heather spent over 16 years with Mattel, Inc. serving as the Sr. Director of Marketing & Strategic Operations, Head of Global Digital and other senior marketing roles across many iconic brands such as Fisher-Price™, Barbie™, Hot Wheels™, Matchbox™ and UNO™. Heather’s approach to marketing is to always be the consumer’s advocate and to help make their life easier while maintaining the integrity of the brand itself.
Kenneth is currently a Growth Marketing Strategist at GOAT Group, where he focuses on developing strategy and insights across user acquisition and CRM. By using data to paint a picture, he built the foundational attribution methodology at GOAT to explain how different marketing channels contribute to the customer journey and marketing funnel. Kenneth began his career in the Strategy & Analytics rotational program at LinkedIn, spending a majority of his tenure there focused on driving app downloads and improving user retention.
