She has over 16 years of experience in the digital space specializing in driving vision and roadmap for businesses. Kinnari has lead teams of product managers and engineers delivering high quality and innovative features for consumers at successful companies such as eMbience Inc and Hungama. With focus on collaboration between customer and company, with cross-functional partners Kinnari has delivered successful results in her stints with start-ups such as IndusOS and Vobok. Kinnari is currently the AVP and Head of Product at Shemaroo Entertainment, delivering top-notch entertainment through consumer-centric technologies.
Pradeep is an industry veteran and has extensive exposure in building digital businesses. In his experience of over two decades in media, he has been associated with The Times of India Group, ABP Group and Mid Day, which is now part of Dainik Jagran Group. Other than media, Pradeep has spent about six years in EdTech, wherein he was successful in redefining the business model for K12 Digital Business.
Pradeep started his digital journey in 1997 with the internet division of The Times of India Group which is now known as The Times Internet Limited. Since then he has been a keen observer and student of the digital evolution of Indian businesses.
In the last 2 years under his leadership, The Hindu Group has actively experimented with digital subscriptions and commerce. All mainline products of the company viz. The Hindu, BusinessLine, Frontline, Sportstar, The Hindu in School are behind the paywall. It has also launched digital-only subscription products, The Hindu Crossword Plus and Young World Club.
